4. We practice open and respectful communication. We communicate with and about each other and retreat guests in a polite and respectful manner.
5. Working while being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs or prescription drugs that impair performance is prohibited.
6. We believe that all our business actions should avoid causing any adverse effect on the environment and the human rights of people and organisations we deal with.
7. We are committed to maintaining integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past retreat guests, both in terms of confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received while providing our services. We extend the same standards to all our suppliers and associates.
