**Life in the Mountains**

Our journey through Patagonia begins deep within the national park, surrounded by forests, rivers and some of the most striking mountain scenery in South America. Here, we spend five nights immersed in wild nature and completely off-grid, where our days are shaped by yoga, hiking and the rare silence that comes with being far from roads, screens and noise.

**Yoga in the Wilderness**

Yoga with Victoria Greene offers the perfect balance to active days in the mountains, helping to build strength, mobility and resilience. Morning sessions prepare us for the adventures ahead, while evening classes help the body settle and unwind after long days outdoors.

Practices take place in a cosy dome, warmed by the fire and looking out onto the surrounding wilderness.

**Hiking Beneath Fitz Roy**

The region around El Chaltén is one of the world's great hiking destinations, with trails leading through ancient forests, glacier-fed rivers, turquoise lagoons and vast open valleys.

During the week, we head out on a series of standout walks, including Laguna de los Tres with its iconic views of Mount Fitz Roy, as well as the trail to Piedra del Fraile, crossing rivers and taking in some of Patagonia's most dramatic landscapes along the way.

**Time to Slow Down**

Between hikes, there is time to rest and take in the quiet beauty of camp. You may wish to relax with a book, soak in the outdoor hot tub or simply enjoy the stillness of being fully offline in such a remarkable setting.

**Glaciers and the Patagonian Steppe**

After five nights in the mountains, we travel to El Calafate for the final part of the journey. Our base here is a charming family-run farm just outside town, with wide-open skies and views across the Patagonian steppe.

A major highlight of the retreat is our visit to Los Glaciares National Park to witness the extraordinary glacier landscapes of southern Patagonia. We explore by boat amongst drifting icebergs and immense walls of blue ice before experiencing the famous Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the few advancing glaciers left on Earth.

**Adventure, Nature and Perspective**

This retreat offers a powerful blend of adventure, challenge and connection to nature. Through daily yoga, rewarding hikes and the vast scale of Patagonia's wild landscapes, you'll return home feeling stronger, clearer and expanded by the experience.
