If you’re an experienced yoga teacher with a loyal student base and a love of adventure, we’d love you to read on. We're looking for standout teachers with presence, passion, and a strong community of students who are ready to travel.

This isn’t your average retreat gig. We create once-in-a-lifetime journeys that combine wellness, adventure, and deep connection in breathtaking locations — from the Japanese Alps to the Kerala backwaters. Our retreats are designed for curious, well-travelled souls with a love of movement, culture, and nature.

At Reclaim Yourself, we don’t assign teachers to pre-planned retreats and pay a flat fee — that’s not our model. Instead, we form financial partnerships with a small number of teachers each year, co-creating spectacular retreats that align with both your community and our brand. Our collaborative model means you earn through profit share, so your ability to bring students is key.

Because our retreats are remote, refined, and high-end, we only work with teachers who:

  • Have led multiple international retreats

  • Can confidently bring at least 10 students (or 50% of the group)

  • Know their students are open to bucket-list trips with a higher price tag

We offer just one or two teaching opportunities a year, and we’re looking for the right fit. That means a teacher who can bring their own community, deliver high-quality teaching, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Each retreat is directed by a dedicated Retreat Leader, allowing you to focus fully on your teaching while we manage logistics, team coordination, and guest care.

You’ll be part of a close-knit, professional team — including bodyworkers, chefs, and local partners — all working together to create something truly special. Many of our teachers return year after year, building unforgettable experiences with their students around the world.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years of full-time teaching, including international retreats

  • A strong personal brand and loyal student following

  • Proven ability to bring 10+ guests on retreat (we support with marketing too)

  • A teaching style that blends depth, accessibility, and inspiration

  • Confidence teaching in remote and sometimes challenging environments

  • A vibe that matches our ethos: intentional, adventurous, and elevated
