FOOD ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUESTS

Please be sure to read the food section for your retreat on our website as we offer different menus depending on the retreat location. If you have a food allergy/dietary request it is important that you check in advance that we can cater for you. Please do this before you proceed with your booking as sometimes, we are not able to cater for certain diets. You can use the contact us link at the top of this page to reach us.

Please be aware that if we are unable to cater for your request, we reserve the right cancel your booking and we may apply an admin. fee of £50. Please also note that we will be able only to serve food as per the food section on the retreat website page unless we have agreed a request from you in advance. Thank you for understanding.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is essential for all of our retreats. Your policy should cover you for all of the activities you plan to undertake on your retreat and have adequate cover for travel delay, cancellation and curtailment, medical expenses and your personal belongings.
