In Norway, adventure and stillness tend to show up together. The same cliffs that make your heart race can quiet your mind in an instant.

This is a country that’s built balance into daily life. The Norwegians call it friluftsliv (life in the open air). But really it’s just about getting outside and feeling human again. You hike, you swim, you freeze, you thaw — and somewhere between the plunge pool and the northern lights, you start to feel like yourself again. Wellness isn’t something you chase here. It just sort of… happens.

Our Norway Yoga Retreats

Our Norway retreats take you to two extraordinary corners of the country: Senja Island, high in the Arctic Circle, and West Norway’s fjord country. Both are remote, wild, and totally breathtaking (but in completely different ways).

Senja Island

On Senja, we go during the midnight sun — 24 hours of daylight and endless time to explore. Days unfold with with yoga overlooking the harbour, hikes through jagged peaks and wild swims in Arctic fjords so clear they look lit from within. 

West Norway

In West Norway, Autumn brings golden trails, riverside saunas, and skies that blush for hours before dark. You’ll move, rest, and eat ridiculously well in a restored farmhouse by the river, where yoga unfolds behind glass walls and the view feels almost too perfect to be real.

Both retreats balance adventure and restoration: kayaking, saunas, wild swims, and yoga that brings you gloriously back down to earth – twice (sometimes three times) a day. You’ll be guided by locals who know this land like the back of their (mitt)hands. And in a place like this, it’s hard not to fall a little bit back in love with the world.
