MEET TANIA

Tania first found yoga thanks to her dad, who suggested they try a class together over three decades ago. What began as a shared experience grew into a lifelong practice, and she’s now been teaching for more than 20 years.

A mother of two, Tania brings a deeply human approach to her teaching — one that values health, vitality, and wellbeing without taking itself too seriously. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive, and free from pressure.
