There are places that feel made up — Finnish Lapland just happens to be one of them. High in the Arctic Circle, it's winter fairytale, where forests bow under snow, skies ripple with auroras, and fells roll on for miles. There are ice holes for swimming (apparently on purpose), and wood-fired saunas. Lots of them. This isn’t fiction; it’s just how life looks at the top of the world.
Our Finland yoga and wellness holidays mix adventure with restoration. Yoga, snowy expeditions and saunas — the holy trinity of feeling human again. You’ll snowshoe, ski and husky sled through the wilderness, then get cosy with that deep quiet you only find a world away from everything else.

Yoga retreats in Finland
Why choose Finland for your yoga retreat?
The Finns have really nailed the whole wellness thing – and by wellness, we mean sprinting through snow, dunking yourself in an ice hole, and then sweating it out in a sauna. Fire and ice, movement and stillness. They meet each moment fully, then let it go.
That’s what makes Finnish Lapland so perfect for yoga retreats. You learn to lean into the cold, savour the warmth, embrace the adventure, and find peace in between. Somewhere between the ski slopes and husky sleds, life starts to feel a little simpler again.

Our Finland Yoga Adventures
Our Finland yoga and wellness adventures take you to the far north, where winter doesn’t mess around. You’ll wake in a cabin tucked among snow-draped pines, the world outside hushed and gleaming. Mornings start the Finnish way — a wood-fired sauna, then yoga to get the blood moving before you head out into the snow: mushing huskies, carving quiet slopes, or doing absolutely nothing by the fire (solid choice).
By evening, things slow right down. A gentle stretch, a gorgeous meal, and maybe — if the sky’s in the mood — a streak of green light to end the day.
