Six hundred miles off the coast of Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands feels like Earth before humans — a world forged of lava, shaped by isolation, and left pretty much to its own devices. Black volcanic rock still looks freshly cooled. Giant tortoises move with prehistoric calm. Marine iguanas sun themselves like castaway creatures from another age.
Our Galapagos yoga and wellness holidays mix mindful movement with slow adventures on land and sea. Yoga, wildlife encounters, and long stretches of simply watching life unfold — sea lions on the sand, iguanas on the rocks, frigate birds overhead. You’ll explore gently, move, rest, and let the islands set the pace.

Yoga retreats in The Galapagos
Why choose Galapagos for your yoga retreat?
Galapagos runs on a different clock. Life here's been evolving, adapting, and getting on with things for millions of years — long before humans arrived. Animals don’t rush. Neither does the world around them. Everything moves to the steady rhythm of tides, sun, and time. Days are quietly awe-inspiring: watching extraordinary wildlife go about its world, moving slowly through volcanic landscapes, floating in clear water.
Back on the mat, there’s space to let it all land — to move, breathe, and make sense of what you’ve just witnessed. It’s this rhythm of wonder and stillness that makes the Galapagos such a powerful setting.

Our Galapagos Yoga Adventures
Our Galápagos adventures begin in the highlands of Santa Cruz, where our secluded home for the week sits quietly away from the crowds.
Days flow between yoga and meditation, beach swims and kayak paddles, and guided explorations across the islands. You’ll snorkel clear waters at Sullivan Bay and Fisherman Bay, walk among giant tortoises at El Manzanillo, and head out by boat to Bartolomé and Santa Fe — places shaped by lava, light, and wildlife that barely notices you’re there.
With a bilingual naturalist guide throughout, there’s space to learn, slow down, and take it all in. Afternoons soften at Tortuga Bay; evenings are simple and unhurried — good food, open skies, and that quiet, hard-to-name feeling that stays with you.
