MEET JAMES

James is a yoga, somatics and qigong teacher who’s been practising since 2009. His work is rooted in mindful movement, breath, and thoughtful attention — with a strong emphasis on inclusivity, clear language, and creating welcoming spaces to practise and learn.

His classes are steady, fluid, and deeply grounding, drawing on a range of traditions and philosophies. Whether teaching yoga or qigong, James focuses on helping people move with more awareness, ease, and connection to their bodies.
