Based in London, she brings a wealth of experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance, playing a key role in shaping the company’s international legal strategy.

Caroline is a qualified solicitor, having trained at the College of Law in York, and has built a distinguished career advising on cross-border legal matters. Her expertise spans data privacy, employment law, and international commercial agreements – all vital areas in today’s global landscape.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Caroline is widely respected for her integrity, mentorship, and dedication to excellence. Her presence on our Advisory Board not only strengthens its legal acumen but also reflects her commitment to supporting innovative and impactful ventures.

She also brings a deeply personal perspective to her role on our Advisory Board.
