This weekend retreat has been designed as a grounding and reflective break to deepen your practice, physical and mentally with a top teacher who leads trainings, workshops and conferences around the world.
Your morning classes will be 90 minutes long and your afternoon sessions will be 75 minutes. Adam will also offer two optional 60 minute workshops so you can explore aspects of your practice in detail. These workshops are of workshops that Adam has taught around the world, focused on revising what we think we know about yoga asana + anatomy as well as working towards handstand and forearm balance.
Drawing from a variety of lives lived off the mat, Adam Husler brings a unique perspective to those who seek more from yoga than making extravagant shapes. He offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally.
Adam specialises in a signature style of Alignment-Based Vinyasa— fuelled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’ Adam believes that yoga is an ultimately a  practice of self enquiry, where we can regulate body, mind and breath through subjective challenge.
Adam has taught classes, workshops and trainings in over 60 studios in over 20 countries, and is the co-creator of the triyoga 200hr hatha-vinyasa training. You can find Adam hosting the Honestly Unbalanced podcast, writing for Yoga Journal and he has featured in; Mens Health, The Guardian, Runners World, Women’s Fitness and many more
