Who's Teaching: Naomi Annand

Naomi teaches compassion-based Vinyasa with a meditative and restorative feel, drawing on her twenty years of experience working as a teacher all over the world.
There will be three practices each day. You’ll have a morning meditation and pranayama session followed by energising uplifting yoga before breakfast. The afternoon sessions will be an opportunity to explore slow restorative practices where we will workshop and journal around different themes. The schedule is carefully planned to make sure there’s something for all and every class is open to all and of course optional. The week is designed to inspire you on and off the mat.
