We're Hiring
Is this the year you take on a new, exciting role shaping the growth of a values-led travel business?
We’re a small but growing wellness travel company designing impactful retreats in extraordinary, off-the-beaten-track destinations around the world.
As we enter a new phase of growth, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Product & Retreat Operations to help us scale our retreat programme and a Senior Bookings & Operations Coordinator to become the person who keeps our bookings and operations running smoothly.
Head of Product & Retreat Operations
Remote (UK-based) | Part-time (4 days per week) | Employee
About the role
As our Head of Product & Retreat Operations, you’ll take ownership of how our retreats are delivered, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and to a consistently high standard, while staying true to our values.
You’ll take retreats once they are confirmed and lead them through operational readiness, delivery, and post-retreat improvement, working closely with the CEO, Retreat Leaders, and delivery teams.
This role is about sound judgement, thoughtful stewardship, and strong systems, in service of excellent delivery and meaningful wellbeing outcomes for our guests.
Who this role is for
Ideally, you’ve worked in a small or medium-sized travel company or an experience-led business, where you have had real responsibility for trips and delivery. You might have managed product delivery, operations, supplier relationships, or on-the-ground trip logistics, and you are ready for a role with more ownership. You enjoy building simple systems, improving standards, and making things work better each time, without losing the human touch.
You care about conscious travel and you want to work somewhere values are lived in real decisions and you will enjoy joining a small business at a pivotal moment, where your work will be visible, trusted, and genuinely shape how we scale.
We are an inclusive and welcoming workplace, and we want our team to be representative of the world we love to visit. We believe in the power of diversity and equity and actively committed to building and nurturing a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where our team feel valued, respected, heard and empowered.

Senior Bookings & Operations Coordinator
Remote | Part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) | Contractor
About the role
As our Senior Bookings & Operations Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, owning the guest journey from booking through to departure. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, the person who keeps information flowing across the team, and a calm, reliable presence behind the scenes.
The role replaces two smaller admin roles and is designed for someone who takes real ownership and enjoys working autonomously.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing guest enquiries and post-booking communications with warmth and professionalism.
- Keeping guest information accurate and well organised from booking to departure.
- Preparing the operational documents and information needed for each retreat.
- Supporting systems and platforms including booking sheets/CRM, Klaviyo flows, webshop availability, FAQs, and retreat documentation.
- Being a steady, organised point of coordination between bookings, operations, and leadership.
Who this role is for
You’re an experienced coordinator with strong customer experience and a talent for keeping complex information in order. You enjoy learning new tools, solving problems, and figuring out workflows rather than waiting for instructions.
Experience in travel, retreats, events, hospitality, or similar sectors would be helpful but is not essential. More important is your ability to manage detail, communicate clearly, and take ownership.
We are an inclusive and welcoming workplace, and we want our team to be representative of the world we love to visit. We believe in the power of diversity and equity and actively committed to building and nurturing a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where our team feel valued, respected, heard and empowered.
