It turns out we’re pretty good at running retreats—and the best proof is the lovely people who keep coming back. And there are lots of them 🙂 You can meet some of them below.
Since 2022, we’ve tracked our Net Promoter Score (NPS)—a global measure of customer loyalty—by asking guests how likely they are to recommend us. In 2024, we scored 91.2. (To put that in context: anything above 70 is exceptional in travel.)
We also ask how guests feel at the end of their retreat. In 2023, we scored 75 and in 2024, that rose to 81.5 and our 2025 score rose to 86. We’re proud of the results—and always learning, so we can keep making our retreats even more life-changing.
