MEET JEAN

Jean Hall is an author, yoga teacher, and somatic movement educator, sharing her work with students and teachers in the UK and around the world.

A lifelong lover of movement and creativity, Jean has been exploring the body through yoga, travel, and study for decades. She first trained as an Iyengar Yoga teacher in 1995 and has since continued to practise and teach vinyasa, mindfulness, meditation, Buddhism, and somatic movement.

With over 25 years of experience, Jean also writes, mentors, and leads teacher trainings. Her teaching is calm, breath-led, and deeply grounding — weaving strength, flow, balance, and awareness. Jean teaches both in person and online, and her books are read worldwide.
