Meghan Hunter

Meghan ((E-RYT 500, YACEP, Relax & Renew® II) has spent the last fifteen years teaching yoga in public schools, hospital settings, internationally, and privately. Her teaching combines the best of modern science and ancient wisdom, with a strong emphasis on balanced sequencing.

At the core of Meghan’s work is the understanding that yoga is a liberatory practice – a system to help us become free from our own patterns, stories, and unnecessary suffering. Through this lens, Meghan offers both movement and stillness based practices designed to encourage compassionate self-inquiry, greater awareness, nervous system regulation, and ultimately, freedom.

Her teaching methodology has been shaped by many, but is most directly influenced and inspired by her teachers Jason Crandell and Judith Hanson Lasater.
