Based in Barcelona, Nuria trained as a professional chef and in hotel management back in 2017. She has worked the Sport Hotels Resort & Spa in Andorra and ORIGINS Luxury Lodge in Costa Rica and most recently at El Grill Manacor in Barcelona. She has also trained as a retreat chef and cooks up a storm for us in Mallorca.

Nuria is one of the most cheerful people we have ever met. Her passion for food and living life to to the full is infectious. She loves to ride her motorbike in the mountains and enjoy the great outdoors whenever she can. Follow Nuria here.
