We love discovering hidden retreat destinations and designing unforgettable, one-of-a-kind yoga retreats and wellness adventures.

We'll take you kayaking around tropical islands and to sun-kissed beaches, on epic hikes in remote wild places, husky sledding in the Arctic Circle, snorkelling in turquoise oceans, horse riding in the wilderness, whale watching in secluded fjords and snow shoeing under the Northern Lights.

You'll stretch, move and learn with world-class yoga teachers, sleep in remote lodges, designer treehouses or cosy cottages and explore some of the most extraordinary places on Earth.

Everybody is welcome - no matter your age, gender, shape, size or background. Our retreats bring together people from all walks of life,  with different levels of yoga experience, fitness, and abilities. Why Reclaim Yourself?


People come on retreats for many reasons. When you’re on a retreat, you’re not defined by the roles you play in your everyday life. You’re simply you—nurturing yourself, focusing on your wellbeing, exploring new places, having fun, and connecting with new people.

Unplugged and immersed in yoga, you’ll have time for self-care, reflection, and the space to rediscover your true self. Retreats give you the opportunity to reconnect with that part of yourself that sometimes gets lost.

Conscious Travel

We want our retreats to be a positive experience for everyone - and the includes the places we visit and the people we work with. That’s why we prioritise low-impact locations and partner with family-run businesses and small, independent operators—ensuring that our retreats directly support local communities. We also avoid over-touristed destinations and peak travel seasons to minimise our footprint.

Amazing accommodation

We’re known for running our retreats in breathtaking locations and discovering unique places for you to stay. Our focus is on the road less travelled, seeking out hidden gems and boutique hotels that prioritise their environmental impact—like these remote cabins in Norway and Iceland, or these sophisticated treehouses in Swedish Lapland.

What about our off-grid camps in Mongolia, Patagonia and Greenland, or our family-owned lodge in The Galápagos? The list goes on!

Wild places

Our retreats often take place in the heart of the wilderness, offering you the freedom to roam in the great outdoors, fully immersed in nature and surrounded by some of the world’s most awe-inspiring natural wonders.

From natural saunas to traditional onsen, hammams, and hot tubs, to cold dips, forest bathing, thermal pools, and stargazing—you’ll find plenty of nature’s gifts woven into your retreat experience.

World class wellness

You’ll be taken care of by one of the most experienced retreat teams around. Our retreats feature a carefully selected mix of wellness activities, tailored to each location. You can expect daily yoga, meditation, mindfulness, bodywork, and breathwork.

In your yoga sessions, you’ll be challenged (but never intimidated) by a respected, world-class teacher. Dynamic classes are complemented by themed workshops, mindfulness practices, and nurturing yin and restorative sessions. Rest and relaxation are always part of the plan too!

Cultural discovery

Our trips offer culturally immersive experiences, made possible by co-creating retreats with our local partners.

The opportunity to connect with your guides and hosts, while learning about their culture, history, and way of life, is a wonderful way to broaden your horizons, open your mind, and gain valuable new perspectives.

Eat Well

We’ll fuel your body with nourishing and delicious food, lovingly prepared by our chefs. Our menus are primarily vegetarian, but we adjust them to incorporate local, sustainable food sources.

While we don’t serve alcohol on our retreats, there will be occasions when you can enjoy a drink if we’re out at a restaurant.

Adventures or retreats?

Many of our trips combine wellness with adventure travel, but we also offer slow-living retreats where yoga and beach time take centre stage.

Adventures can be big or small—whether hiking through a rainforest or taking a solo trip for the first time. When you step outside your comfort zone, you become fully present, focused on the here and now. Your everyday worries are left behind, and you’ll realise that you’re capable of far more than you ever thought possible.
