Nepal Yoga & Wellness Holidays

Welcome to the rooftop of the world — where the Himalayas fill the skyline and life on the ground feels wonderfully down-to-earth. This is Nepal: small in size, huge in spirit. Ancient pine forests lift into mist, prayer flags trace quiet ridgelines, and monasteries perch in places that make you wonder how they ever got there. A trekkers’ paradise and home to one very famous peak, Nepal opens something in you that very few places can.

Our Nepal yoga and wellness holidays bring together the grounding power of practice and the quiet magic of the mountains. You’ll meditate at first light, practise yoga, and spend your days in hiking sacred valleys and forest trails. Saunas, cold dips and fireside evenings add their own kind of therapy, all held within a landscape that gently brings you back to yourself.

Yoga retreats in Nepal

Why choose Nepal for your yoga retreat?

Nepal has a long connection to practices that support calm and clarity — meditation, ritual, community, and a way of life that naturally leans towards presence. You notice it in small, everyday ways: the quiet of a monastery at dawn, the easy welcome in a mountain village, the sense that people here move through the world with intention rather than rush.

Bring yoga, meditation and contrast therapy into that setting and everything starts to click. The landscape slows you down in all the right ways, and the practices — on and off the mat — help your adventures land more deeply.

Our Nepal Wellness Adventures

Our Nepal wellness adventures take you deep into one of the country’s most untouched mountain regions — a place of sacred valleys, forest trails and jaw-on-the-floor type scenes. You’ll wander ancient monasteries, hike ridge lines rarely visited by travellers, and swim in glacial rivers that wake up every cell in your body.

You’ll move from the energy of Kathmandu to the calm of Phaplu in East Nepal, where a Sherpa lodge once home to Sir Edmund Hillary becomes your base. Days unfold with guided hikes, wild swims and visits to remote monasteries. Yoga and meditation weave through the week – guided by the brilliant Josie and Rob Da Bank – helping you drop back into your body between adventures. There’s time for saunas (of course), fireside evenings, star-filled nights and one unforgettable overnight camp on Ratnange Ridge — Everest on the horizon, if she’s in the mood.
