India is a lot, and that’s the beauty of it. Colour, chaos, ritual, calm — everything amplified, all at once. It’s wild, human, humbling, and alive in a way few places are. It can knock the wind out of you and fill you up again (often in the same breath).
Our India yoga and wellness holidays don’t sit still. They move — from tea hills to holy rivers, spice markets to rooftop sunsets. You’ll travel by sleeper train, float through backwaters, and find peace somewhere between it all. Yoga keeps you steady while India works its magic.

Yoga retreats in India
Why choose india for your yoga retreat?
India is a country of contradictions: spiritual and chaotic, ancient and ever-changing, humbling and full of heart. It can be intense, shocking, and moving — often all in the same day. But if you’re drawn to places that make you feel deeply, this is one that stays with you.
When you mix a travel adventure with a yoga journey here, you see every side — the warmth of its people, the layers of its history, the intensity of its cities, and the stillness in between. Yoga helps it all land. It’s what keeps you curious when things feel unfamiliar, and grounded when everything’s new. And practising where yoga began? That’s pretty cool.

Our India yoga retreats
Our India yoga and wellness holidays aren’t about staying put. They’re epic adventures through tea hills, backwaters, and ancient cities. Start the retreat sipping chai in Kerala’s hills and top it off with sunrise over the Ganges in Varanasi. You’ll travel by boat, plane, and sleeper train — snuggled down in your bunk, slow travel at its best.
Along the way, you’ll stay in places as varied as the country itself: boutique arty hotels, serene villas, ornate palaces, and peaceful Ayurvedic retreats. Yoga happens wherever we land: shady gardens, rooftops, and simple studios. Expect incredible food (this is India, after all), Ayurvedic treatments, top-notch yoga, and brilliant hosts and guides.
This is for those with open minds and curious hearts — travellers who value connection over control. There’ll be calm and chaos, a few surprises, and stories you’ll be telling for years.
